German Client Visits XINGJUN Lighting to Review Cloud Chandelier Sample

XINGJUN Lighting welcomed a German client for a visit to inspect a cloud chandelier sample. The client provided valuable feedback on color, design details, and performance, with a follow-up visit scheduled to review the final product improvements.
On November 13th, XINGJUN Lighting had the honor of hosting a German client at our headquarters for a comprehensive review of the cloud chandelier sample they had previously ordered. The visit began with a warm welcome and some tea in our office, where we discussed the project’s progress and exchanged ideas. The client, accompanied by their translator, was pleased to see the work so far and eager to offer detailed feedback to refine the final product.
The client’s review shifted to the production workshop, where the cloud chandelier sample was carefully inspected. One of the key pieces of feedback revolved around the chandelier’s color; the client felt the outer shell was too white and suggested adjusting it to a warmer, more beige tone, providing a specific color code for our team to follow. This feedback was noted, and our team will work to implement the color change to meet the client’s vision.
In addition to the color adjustment, the client pointed out that the light diffuser at the bottom of the chandelier didn’t connect smoothly at the corners, leaving an unnatural seam. They requested that we refine this detail to achieve a more seamless, visually appealing transition. The client also expressed concerns about the noise level of the power driver, suggesting that a quieter version be used to ensure the chandelier functions with minimal disturbance in its intended environment.
Despite these points of improvement, the client was overall satisfied with the sample’s design and craftsmanship. They appreciated the overall aesthetic and quality, but the small adjustments were essential for achieving the final look and performance. After discussing the necessary changes, the client confirmed that they would return in one week to review the updated sample and evaluate the effectiveness of the improvements.
